If your order arrives damaged, develops a fault, or you experience any other issue, please don’t worry — we’re here to assist where we can.

To help us resolve the matter as quickly as possible, we ask that you complete the claim form below with as much detail as you can. We aim to respond to claims within 48 hours; however, more complex cases may require a little longer.

Where a claim needs to be referred to the brand or manufacturer, we will be guided by their assessment and processing times.

Please retain all original packaging, as damaged or faulty items may need to be returned.

We may contact you for additional details or photographs to support the claim. Where the issue relates to a manufacturing defect, we may also request clear images of the product’s quality control label.
